We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial 360° Consultant to join our Experis Basel office. This is a unique opportunity to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build lasting relationships, and grow our presence in one of Switzerland’s most vibrant markets.

• Own the entire recruitment process: from business development and client acquisition to candidate sourcing, placement, and aftercare.
• Develop strategic partnerships with clients, offering consultative workforce solutions tailored to the IT sector.
• Drive new business opportunities with an entrepreneurial mindset and expand Experis’ footprint in the Basel region.
• Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless experience and long-term success.
• Manage performance metrics and financial targets, contributing directly to the growth of the Basel office.

• Proven experience in recruitment or sales, ideally within the IT sector.
• Strong commercial acumen and a passion for building relationships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to business development.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and digital tools, plus strong social media awareness.
