Work Environment:
Work from home Fridays, office Mon‑Thu. Applicants must live/relocate to Colorado.

• Own and grow a book of business made up of Group Coordinators.
• Qualify, follow up with, and convert sales leads via outbound phone sales.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and develop own book of business.
• Drive scalable growth, tackle business challenges, and build a loyal customer base.
• Participate in the Sales Development Program for professional growth.

• Fluent in Spanish and English (English primary, Spanish as needed).
• Strong communication, persuasion, listening, and collaboration skills.
• Self‑starter with responsibility for personal and pipeline growth.
• Confident, decisive, adaptable, and able to implement feedback quickly.
• Problem‑solver who uses curiosity to create effective solutions.
• Team player and individual contributor, motivated by growth.

• Compensation: base salary $50,000, bonus potential $20,000, on‑target earning potential $70,000. Promotion to Senior possible after 2 years with OTE $95,000.
