• Must be 18 years or older and a legal resident of the United States.
• State life insurance license required; we provide courses to obtain a license in 1–2 weeks if needed.
• Clean criminal background; background check with fingerprinting required.
• Strong rapport building, ethical, self‑disciplined, and trustworthy.

• Commission based on activity and sales: 70%–140% of annual premium written per policy.
• Average advanced commission per sale: $500–$600; total average $750.
• Part‑time agents: 15 hrs/week, $35,000–$50,000 per year.
• Full‑time agents: 40 hrs/week (4 days), $100,000–$250,000+ per year.
• Direct deposit to bank account; some policies paid within 24 hrs.
