About the Role

Inside Sales Representative – Inbound Remote, based in Florida, working a schedule of four weekdays and one weekend day with a mid‑morning start time (e.g., 11 am–8 pm CST). All work will be performed remotely with a dedicated home office and a minimum 100 Mbps download/20 Mbps upload wired connection.

Pay Range

Base salary: $55,000 – $75,000 per year. Starting base salary is $45K with future growth potential. Earnings beyond base result from a generous commission structure, with top performers earning $85K+ in their second year and beyond.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs.
  • Match the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
  • Represent the Liberty brand, providing a customer‑centric experience and maintaining integrity in all interactions.
  • Adapt to office or remote work environments, demonstrating flexibility and a team mindset.
  • Complete paid training and licensing over a 16‑ to 18‑week period (licensed hires: 16 weeks; unlicensed hires: 18 weeks).
Training & Licensing
  • All new hires receive paid training in a remote environment.
  • Licensing in all 50 states is provided for those without a Property & Casualty insurance license.
  • All computer equipment is supplied.
  • No cold calls – all leads are inbound and warm.

Qualifications
  • 2 – 3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales or service‑related work experience required.
  • Strong interpersonal, persuasion, communication, analytical, decision‑making, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in typing and PC use.
  • Property & Casualty insurance license required after hire.
