Our Outbound Telesales Sales Agents fit within the heart of our Consumer Division. The primary responsibilities of this position are Cold Calling, cultivating leads, pipeline management, Generating Sales Leads and monitoring chat platforms.
Key Objectives- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Use creative techniques to generate and qualify sales leads
- Contact new customers to explain how their connectivity needs could be met by our specific products and services
- Manage leads through the full sales pipeline
- Answer customer questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms
- Monitor and engage with prospects via our chat platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams and complete any additional tasks as needed
- Completed Matric (Grade 12) is essential
- A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or similar is a plus, but not essential.
- 2 years telesales experience (IT related environment advantageous)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A target-driven mindset with the ability to close deals
- Strong ability to identify sales opportunities
- Customer-centric attitude
