Responsibilities- Present and demonstrate products/services, communicating features, benefits, and value propositions to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain customer relationships, providing excellent service and resolving inquiries promptly.
- Achieve sales targets, continuously improving performance to meet or exceed quotas.
- Conduct sales negotiations, overcoming objections and closing deals.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support to gather information and ensure satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, expanding product knowledge to stay ahead.
- BS degree or equivalent experience and 3+ years of software sales, including deals over $100k in complex environments.
- Track record of closing New Logo Opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer focus and relationship‑building ability.
- Self‑motivation and drive to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and multitasking.
- Willingness to learn and develop sales skills and product knowledge.
Market‑competitive salary with a base range of $78,700 – $146,100. Compensation may also include commission or performance‑based bonuses, depending on experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
