What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate direct sales to key dealers, eCommerce sellers, and end-user customers
- Manage sales activities within assigned accounts and develop new business
- Act as the primary liaison between the employer and customers
- Organize and lead customer training sessions (in-person and online)
- Represent the employer at trade shows and industry events
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree with emphasis on Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years’ sales experience in the power equipment or other durable goods industries
- Bilingual in English and French
- Proven ability to set, translate, and achieve goals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with direct B2B and D2C selling preferred
- Hands-on product demo experience, including field launches
- Technical writing skills; assist with SOPs
- Self-starter with strong initiative and performance focus
- Skilled in negotiation and closing sales, consistent prospecting to maintain a full sales pipeline
