What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Build and manage a pipeline of 3-4x quota focused on net-new Federal Defense Agencies
  • Conduct deep account research and territory mapping to identify high-potential targets and develop targeted outreach strategies
  • Execute multi-channel prospecting campaigns, including personalized outreach and event-based selling
  • Lead complex sales cycles from first contact through close, including discovery, solution positioning, and contract execution
  • Navigate procurement, security, and legal reviews within large Federal agencies
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 5-10 years of sales experience, preferably selling Enterprise platforms into Public Sector Agencies
  • Understanding of the Advanced Analytics space/ecosystem
  • Proven track record of net-new logo acquisition and territory building
  • Background navigating highly regulated sales environments, including procurement processes and security reviews
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles of 12-24 months
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Background in Defense contracting or Public Sector Federal System Integration
  • History of selling in an underdog/challenger position, such as a startup or smaller company
  • Ability to out-hustle larger competitors without relying solely on brand recognition
