Field Solar Sales Representative

Location: Greater Los Angeles Area (travel to local residential areas)

Type: Full-time or Part-time

Earning Potential: $5,000–$10,000+ per month

Pay Structure: Commission-based, base pay, or hybrid (base + commission) options available

Compensation: $6,000.00 – $8,000.00 per month

• Engage with homeowners in person to educate them on the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy.
• Conduct home consultations to design customized solar systems using House Buildr’s tools and resources.
• Generate and manage leads through door‑to‑door outreach, referrals, and community events.
• Manage the full sales process — from first contact to closing and post‑sale follow‑up.
• Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Experience in sales, solar, roofing, or home improvement is a plus (but not required — we train the right people).
• Excellent communication and people skills — confident, friendly, and motivated.
• A self‑starter who thrives in the field and enjoys meeting new people daily.
• Strong work ethic and drive to hit or exceed goals.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
