As a Business Development Representative
, you will play a key role growing the firm by generating SQLs for sales wins.

Specifically, as a Business Development Representative at Skematic, you will:

• Drive revenue growth by generating leads and securing meetings so our sales execs can focus on closing deals
  • Make high volume of cold calls each day to prospects.
  • Grow Skematic’s market share by seeking out opportunities and converting prospects into qualified leads.
  • Set appointments for AE’s & CRO and track metrics and performance against set targets.
• Work internally with the sales management and marketing teams to ensure proper quality and quantity of all communications with prospects.
• Maintain a high level of competence using sales sequencing and CRM tools.

While drive and passion are most critical, our ideal candidate also has:

• Previous experience in a high-volume outbound sales role.
• Experience working in Financial Services, Reg Tech, Compliance, or Fintech and selling to those clientele.

This is a hybrid role if you are within commuting distance to the Medford, MA office; otherwise, remote work will be considered with candidates residing in ET/CT time zones.

Salary: base salary is experience dependent and can range from $65,000 – $75,000 a year + tiered commission structure (no cap).
