OverviewRole:
Sales Development Representative (Remote — Minneapolis, MN). As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Savii, you’ll be on the front lines of our growth. Your mission: connect with insurance brokers and employers, spark conversations, and open doors that drive adoption of Savii’s ICHRA solutions. This is a remote position (based in Minneapolis, MN) for someone who thrives on outbound outreach, building relationships, and turning curiosity into opportunity.
- Identify and reach out to potential broker and employer partners through calls, emails, and Linked In
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads, setting up discovery calls for the sales team
- Clearly communicate Savii’s mission and value proposition to prospects
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track outreach activity
- Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine outreach strategies and messaging
- Help shape the voice of Savii’s growth team through feedback, creativity, and hustle
- A passion for connecting with people and sparking meaningful conversations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence and persistence when making outbound calls
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, self-directed approach—you don’t wait for instructions to take action
- Experience in sales, customer service, or insurance/benefits (a plus, not required)
- Prior experience in a SaaS, Insur Tech, or benefits-related organization
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Hub Spot or Zoho
- Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment
