We’ve got your back with total support to help you close leads — 7 days a week, nights, and weekends. Our crew has the experience and knowledge to get those deals closed and help you dominate.
Responsibilities- You must do "whatever it takes" to smash your goals, showing you know what’s up in the mortgage game and have the grit to stick it out.
- Dial 15 calls a day minimum; be prepared to dial 30, 40, or even 100 calls.
- If open houses are part of the plan, visit more locations as needed (5 per weekend as a starting point, up to 10–50 as required).
- Work beyond traditional hours; the role requires availability after 5 pm and on nights/weekends to maximize performance.
- Source, nurture, and convert leads to loans, leveraging our lender/network portfolio.

We rep 50+ lenders, banks, and investors, giving you a massive portfolio of loan products and the power to close more customers.
