Compensation: $50,000 base + 5% commission on new customer orders (first 12 months)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Onsite | Travel up to 25%

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Technical Sales Representative to grow business in key accounts and develop new opportunities in the commercial and aerospace markets. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven professional with strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a track record in business development or technical sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with assigned customers and strategic targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Coordinate customer visits, trade shows, and technical presentations.
• Support proposal and estimating teams with customer insights and data.
• Negotiate deals, close opportunities, and ensure smooth handoff to operations.
• Research markets, maintain customer databases, and forecast sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in business development, program management, or technical sales (commercial/aerospace preferred).
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Strong project management and Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
