Join The Hirsh Agency as a Remote Life Insurance Sales Agent. We offer a full‑time, entry‑level position with the flexibility to work from anywhere.

In this role you will sell life insurance only to prospects who have already reached out for assistance. No cold calling, membership fees, storage of quotas, or condescending managers.

• Identify, qualify and close inbound life‑insurance leads.
• Provide personalized guidance to clients, explaining policies and covering customer concerns.
• Complete applications, process underwriting documents and submit them for approval.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM and keep communications up‑to‑date.
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship from senior agents.

• Valid life‑insurance sales license in the state of operation.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑driven, and comfortable working remotely.
• Previous experience in insurance sales is a plus but not required.
