Overview
We are Rubin Financial Group (powered by Equis Financial). This is a remote, commission-based opportunity with a focus on life insurance products and financial services. It is open to independent contractors who can work from anywhere and build a long-term career with world-class training and mentorship.
Base pay and additional compensationBase pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $/yr. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Additional compensation types include annual bonus and commission.
Role and Responsibilities- Sales Presentation:
Deliver captivating presentations to individuals and groups, showcasing the benefits and features of our life insurance products. Tailor your approach to meet each client’s unique concerns and preferences. - Relationship Management:
Build and nurture long-term client relationships by providing continuous support and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and policy retention. - Market Research:
Stay informed on industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to effectively position our offerings and provide valuable insights to clients. - Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets. Prepare regular reports for management. - Compliance:
Adhere strictly to regulatory requirements and company policies, safeguard client confidentiality, and uphold the highest ethical standards.

- Use warm, pre-qualified leads covering all major product types—Term Life, Whole Life, Final Expense, IUL, Mortgage Protection, Annuities, and Living Benefits—directly managed in your own FREE CRM (no cold calling!).

- Licensed life insurance producer or willing to get licensed — guidance provided through the licensing process.

Requirements- Sales or marketing experience (insurance is a plus) but not required; eager to learn is essential.
