Core Enterprise Account Executive EST/CST - Remote Boston, Massachusetts

Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr

About the Role

As a Core AE you will help our largest and most strategic enterprise customers consolidate outdated technologies, digitize workflows, and unlock data insights.

This is a remote position open to candidates residing in the US. Working hours are required in EST or CST time zones.

In This Role, You Will
  • Develop executive‑level relationships within strategic, named accounts
  • Own customer engagements end‑to‑end, from prospecting and qualification to close
  • Demonstrate excellent solution‑based sales process in complex campaigns
  • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team)
Minimum Requirements
  • 5+ years experience in a full‑cycle, closing sales role
  • Consistent quota over‑achievement in complex accounts and $100k+ ARR transactions
  • Experience handling enterprise deal sizes and C‑Level relationships
  • Strategic outbound prospecting, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
  • Willingness to travel to meet customers monthly
