Overview
Senior Sales Executive - Digital Solutions at TELUS Digital. You will represent and sell TELUS Digital Solutions’ portfolio of services, including Digital Product Consulting, Digital Marketing Services, Data & AI, Strategy Consulting, Business Operations Modernization, Enterprise Applications, Cloud Engineering, and Software Development. Drive sales, achieve revenue targets, and pursue new business opportunities with growth potential, engaging senior stakeholders and C-suite buyers.
Location& Flexibility
This is a US-based role with a Work From Near (Hybrid) capacity based out of one of TELUS Digital s US offices or in a Work From Anywhere (Remote) capacity with travel to clients and US offices expected.
The OpportunityAs the Senior Sales Executive, you will own the full sales cycle — prospecting, pipeline development, and closing complex, high-value deals with C-suite buyers. You will work cross-functionally to tailor digital solutions that solve real business problems and build lasting client partnerships.
Responsibilities- Identify and prospect potential clients aligned to company strategy through market research and networking
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of enterprise-level opportunities, including upsell opportunities to achieve revenue quotas
- Create and execute account strategies and plans for targeted clients
- Understand prospective customers’ businesses and tailor solutions to their needs and timelines
- Establish relationships with multiple senior-level contacts at target accounts, including C-Suite prospects
- Effectively communicate, demonstrate, and present solutions and value propositions
- Oversee the end-to-end RFP process; negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients
- Exceed quarterly and annual sales goals by building and growing a pipeline of prospects and closing new business
- Collaborate with internal partners and operations teams to foster strong customer relationships
- Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate market insights into pipeline and sales strategy
- Provide accurate sales updates, reports, and forecasts to leadership
- New Client Acquisition: net-new enterprise clients per quarter/year
- Revenue Growth: contribution to quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Pipeline Development: volume and quality of sales pipeline and deal velocity
- Client Retention & Expansion: account growth through upsell and cross-sell
- Sales Cycle Efficiency: time-to-close and navigating complex sales cycles

Collaboration:
stakeholder feedback on engagement and strategy alignment
- Current and significant experience in B2B enterprise digital sales with a proven track record of exceeding multi-million dollar targets
- Experience selling technology solutions to enterprise organizations and selling professional and consulting services
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills to articulate complex solutions
- Comfort with fast-paced environments and changing priorities when selling an evolving suite of services
- Ability to partner with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders
- Self-starter with a proven ability to grow key relationships and build a wide pipeline
- Strong time management, prioritization, and ability to work independently
- Some travel to client sites and office locations is expected

This position is eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan. The base salary shown is for reference; incentive plans are determined by job level and market alignment. Salary ranges are based on factors including experience and qualifications.
Annual Base Salary Range (Commission Eligible): $132,000 - $165,000 USD
