What are we looking for?
We’re wanting to grow our Business Development & Sales team, and we can’t do it without you.
You’ll be one of the first in the team, and therefore you determine how you shape it
, as well as our business for the future

What will you be doing on a daily?

  • Conduct market research & competitor analysis to identify potential new business opportunities - focusing on gaining contacts within the start-up world, consultancies & fast growing firms.
  • Organise your leads to target (trust us when we say that Excel & Linked In will become your best friends - could be useful for you to become acquainted?).
  • Develop and implement sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company, globally.
  • Prepare marketing materials, such as pitch decks & client presentations.
  • Conduct discovery sessions & develop strong relationships with our potential clients.
  • And ultimately? WIN THEM OVER!

Sounds good, right? We would LOVE to get to know you if:

  • You have 2-4 years of experience within B2B Business Development / Sales and are looking for your next step. Working experience in recruitment agencies would be a plus.
  • You have a demonstrated success of winning over clients, ideally within client-servicing industries. Working with clients in consulting, investment banks, private equity, and/or start-ups would be an advantage.
  • You’ve completed a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Business Administration, Economics, Sales, or equivalent.
  • English fluency is a must for us (it’s how we communicate with each other!) + an additional language would be a huge advantage.
