We provide full support 7 days a week.

As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will build relationships, generate leads, and close mortgage loans for our portfolio of lenders, banks, and investors.

• Source and qualify leads independently; no sales training required.
• Make 30‑100 outbound calls/day and attend 5‑50 open houses/week as needed.
• Use phone and online platforms to present loan products and explain program terms.
• Maintain accurate, timely records in our CRM and close deals within the expected timeframe.
• Invest the necessary time beyond traditional business hours to meet performance goals.

• Established network of potential borrowers or demonstrable lead‑generation skills.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building ability.
• Coachable mindset and willingness to learn mortgage products and processes.
• Self‑motivated and results‑focused with a “whatever it takes” attitude.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Salary: $80,000.00 – $ (remote) with no income caps and high earning potential.
