- Close high‑ticket coaching clients (1:1 and group programs).
- Sell bulk 12‑week training programs to businesses (2–4 seats on average, with bigger packages encouraged).
- Convert training program participants into long‑term coaching clients.
- Keep the CRM pipeline clean, accurate, and moving — no excuses.
