Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pickup. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction. This position is fast paced and involves shopping in multiple departments to fill online orders, dispense orders to customers, and engage them in conversation throughout the dispensing process.

The pace can be intense in the evenings, on weekends, and during holiday seasons, and the associate may assist in-store customers while fulfilling online orders.

* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and, in some circumstances, premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
