This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Singapore, for a Retail Operations Manager / Merchandising Executive / Retail Sales Associate. The role involves overseeing and optimizing retail operations, managing store performance, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key responsibilities include retail operations and store management, analyzing sales and performance data, delivering excellent customer service, and implementing merchandising strategies. While the role is primarily on-site, some work-from-home flexibility is available.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Retail Operations, Store Management, and Operations Management to oversee and enhance the daily functioning of retail stores effectively.
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
- Expertise in Customer Service to provide an exceptional shopping experience and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge in merchandising and inventory management is a plus.
- Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage and lead a team effectively.
- Flexibility to work both on-site in Singapore and remotely as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
