Shift start times: 4:00 am – 7:00 am or 7:00 am – 9:00 am

Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring order accuracy prior to pick‑up. Associates make appropriate product substitutions and consult with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.

Online order fillers and delivery associates enjoy the opportunity to shop for customers, selecting the right items (from apples to cereal) for each online order. This fast‑paced role requires working across all departments to fulfill orders and to convey the shopping experience to customers. The pace intensifies in evenings, weekends, and during holiday seasons, and may involve juggling online and in‑store customer needs.

• Acknowledge and greet customers with a smile
• Help customers find the products they are looking for
• Answer customer questions and provide service guidance
• Assist fellow associates as needed throughout the store
• Keep your area stocked, clean, and safe

• Annual or quarterly performance incentives
• Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed (may qualify for multiple premiums)
