Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per hour

Compensation Highlights: Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage at the job location.

Additional Compensation: Includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. Their responsibilities include locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise while ensuring order accuracy prior to pickup. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.
