This role owns the omnichannel sales experience — ensuring customers receive consistent pricing, messaging, promotions, and expertise whether they shop online, in-store, or across both.
You will be responsible for driving revenue through data-driven marketing, inventory-led promotions, expert product knowledge, and seamless execution across channels
. You will also be required to become a true electric bike brand and product expert
, capable of understanding and communicating e-bike components, systems, and value to customers.
This is a hands‑on, senior role for someone who understands that in retail,
marketing, sales, inventory, and customer experience are inseparable
.
- Own and optimize the Shopify ecommerce experience in alignment with in‑store sales strategies
- Ensure consistency across online, POS, and physical retail (pricing, promotions, inventory visibility)
- Build and optimize omnichannel sales funnels from first interaction to purchase and repeat sale
- Support sales closing for online, phone, and inbound leads
- Partner closely with store teams to improve conversion and customer experience across channels
- Become an expert in electric bike brands, models, components, and electrical systems
- Understand motors, batteries, drive trains, controllers, and key component differences
- Translate technical product knowledge into clear customer‑facing messaging online and in‑store
- Support accurate merchandising, product descriptions, and customer education
- Align marketing campaigns with real‑world product strengths and use cases
- Analyze monthly sales turnover by inventory category and individual SKUs
- Identify slow‑moving and aging inventory and develop targeted omnichannel promotions
- Own the implementation of promotions
: - Online (Shopify, email, ads, social)
- In‑store (POS setup, signage, pricing accuracy)
- Balance margin, velocity, and customer value when planning promotions
- Work with leadership and operations to align marketing execution with inventory priorities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Retargeting)
- Use Google Analytics and sales dashboards to evaluate performance
- Develop and execute sales‑driven social media strategies that support retail objectives
- Continuously test and improve campaigns based on omnichannel results, not siloed metrics
- Own Klaviyo email marketing
, including: - Promotional campaigns
- Automated flows (welcome, browse abandon, cart abandon, post‑purchase)
- Use segmentation and purchase behavior to drive repeat purchases and retention
- Support lifecycle marketing initiatives that increase customer lifetime value
- Ensure email, onsite messaging, and in‑store promotions are aligned
- Work confidently with POS systems (Lightspeed experience is a strong asset)
- Ensure accurate pricing, inventory, and promotion execution across all systems
- Optimize the customer journey to support Amego’s 48‑Hour Customer Guarantee
- Identify friction points across online and in‑store experiences and resolve them quickly
- 5+ years experience in omnichannel retail marketing, ecommerce, or online sales
- Strong hands‑on experience with:
- Shopify
- POS systems
- Sales metrics & reporting
- Sales funnels and conversion optimization
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics
- Klaviyo or similar email platforms
- Ability and willingness to become a deep electric bike product expert
- Demonstrated experience using sales and inventory data to drive promotions
- Proven ability to execute promotions online and in‑store
- Highly organized, analytical, dependable, and on‑time
- Strong communicator and collaborative team player
- Experience with Lightspeed
- Experience with SEO
- Background in electric bikes, cycling, outdoor, or mobility retail
- Experience working closely with physical retail teams
- Commercially minded — you think in revenue, margin, velocity, and retention
- Comfortable bridging digital and physical retail
- Curious and eager to master technical product knowledge
