  • Support the Visual team that drives the creative process behind our in-store experience, thisteam is focused oncrafting what customers see and feel, to create unique environments that maximize sales and profitability.
  • Supporting customer-centric product placement strategies, Visual team members must think creatively and aesthetically while considering key analytical dataon a daily basis. Our Visual team cultivates the vision, excitement, and emotion of our Brands.
  • Creatingindividual store communication regardingfloorsetoperations, store layout, in-store/window displays, marketing, and promotional activity.
  • Creatingandmaintaining visual standards. Assistingwithfloorsetdocumentation including formatting of Seasonal Floorset Tools , and understanding the Visual Merchandising System in which we input all merchandise placement – fixtures, mapping,reporting and forms.
  • Gain exposure to keycross-functional teamsand how theyinteract with the visual team.
  • Take initiative to continuously improve processes whilemaintaininga strong work ethicin a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage form-focused documentation, pull assortments, andmaintainaccurateproduct information using systems such asour

    VMS and PLM.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail when working with numbers, data, and images,utilizingtools like Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft PowerPoint to support clear andaccuratepresentations and documentation.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or related experience
  • Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Eagerness to bring energy and excitement to the team environment
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Willingness to be flexible to changing demands and respond to feedback
  • A strong desirefor adventure & curiosity
