Compensation

• Hourly wage: $14 - $27 per hour (actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location).
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders before pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.
