Job OverviewOnline Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Fill and dispense online orders with precision.
- Locate and prepare merchandise for packaging.
- Ensure the accuracy of orders before pickup.
- Make product substitutions when necessary.
- Consult with customers to confirm satisfaction.
