Compensation

Hourly Wage: $15 – $28 per hour.

• Actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
• Additional Compensation:
  Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives.
• Premiums: $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders: locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring order accuracy before pickup. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.
