Fulfillment Specialist

Overview

The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for the on-time and accurate delivery of orders to our customers. This role is critical to the success of our growing Digital business and requires a high attention-to-detail and a process-oriented mindset.

• Assist the eStore Fulfillment team by serving as a versatile team member.
• Assist with receiving daily shipments from Fed Ex, USPS, and BRINKS.
• Accurately and efficiently process all merchandise, service, and information transactions in a timely, organized, and efficient manner.
• Execute fulfillment operations in accordance with established Company guidelines:
  • Receiving Merchandise
  • Picking merchandise
  • Styling merchandise into the appropriate presentation box.
  • Processing orders through SAP to ensure proper settlement and customer notifications.
  • Packing Fed Ex boxes with prepared merchandise
  • Ensuring packages are prepped and ready for Fed Ex pick-up each day.
• Ensure the proper processing, including writing up shop work, of all orders outside of the standard online order:
  • CSC orders
  • Layaway orders
  • Special orders
• Participate in proper inventory management and care daily to ensure clean monthly inventories.
  • Bin Audits
  • Layaway Audits
• Ensure fulfillment stations are stocked with appropriate items including jewelry presentation boxes, office supplies, necessary packing materials, etc.
• Participate in picking multi-line and shop work required orders in a support capacity.
• Excellent and detailed communication to leadership of any and all delays on orders/concerns.
• Excellent and detailed communication with the sales team on customer orders when needed.
• Ensure that all additional notes for online orders are reviewed and applied correctly and timely for all orders daily.
• Maintain proficiency in all roles related to the fulfillment area.
• Responsible for performing any other duties or functions that are requested by the appropriate Management/Company personnel.

• Must have 1+ years of fulfillment experience or other relevant work environment.
• Must have demonstrated communication skills, oral and written, as well as the ability to communicate with a vast array of personality types and skillsets, regardless of organizational level.
• Ability to type, use basic computer software/applications, SAP experience a plus.
• Possess excellent manual dexterity with small items.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize projects & tasks with a sense of urgency.
• Demonstrated ability to be flexible and adaptable to various situations.
• Proven ability to collaborate with other member(s) of team.
• eCommerce experience preferred.

This role is on-site as part of the Home Office team. The primary environment for this role is an open office and considerable business is conducted using computer technology. This is a fulfillment and shipping environment which requires the ability to lift and carry packages up to 20lbs.
