Compensation
Hourly Wage: $20 – $33 per hour. Hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional Compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job OverviewOnline order filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of orders before pickup. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.
