Our Part‑Time Retail Sales Associates (Stylists/Sales Support) create an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves our customers inspired and feeling their best. While the primary responsibility is to deliver excellent customer service and build wardrobes, sales associates also participate in visual merchandising and maintain store presentation while focusing on the customers’ needs to achieve sales goals.

• Guide the customer through our award‑winning brand experience to make authentic connections.
• Lead with loyalty, confidence, and product knowledge to advise style and fit while influencing moments that matter.
• Operate the Cash Wrap/Cashier using modern store technology (POS, payment systems, tablets, headsets) to promote our loyalty programs and credit services, delivering a seamless omni‑channel shopping experience.
• Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards with a focus on the customer.
• Support product flow, shipping and receiving, and contribute to omni‑order fulfilment processes including in‑store and curbside pick‑up.

Hourly: $17.13 – $17.23. Pay will vary based on qualifications, experience, skills, competencies and location. We meet minimum wage or the higher of the pay range based on city, county and state requirements. Early access to earnings is powered by Pay Activ.
