Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid in specific situations based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring accuracy prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.
