Position: Delivery Manager N112711)

Job Summary

As a Delivery Manager at Next you will lead and inspire the team to manage outstanding stock processing, maintain stockroom organisation and achieve performance targets. The role demands fast‑paced, flexible working with a focus on people, coaching and continuous improvement.

Hours & Schedule

30 hours per week (Tue 09:00‑17:00; Wed 12:00‑20:00; Thu 07:30‑15:30; Sat 11:30‑19:30). Flexible working options available.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a team to deliver outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation in a commercial, safe and operationally efficient environment.
  • Demonstrate a hands‑on approach, working alongside the team and supporting sales floors and store management when needed.
  • Create an atmosphere that supports, motivates and inspires the team.
  • Ensure smooth running of the stockroom processes through continuous improvement, problem identification and solution implementation, driving the highest stockroom and stock processing standards.
  • Always strive to ensure beautifully presented stock is available to customers as soon as possible.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Passionate about customers, people and products, inspiring and motivating the team.
  • Team player with a results‑driven mindset, quick to adapt to change.
  • Excellent communication skills, calm and approachable under pressure.
  • Strong problem‑solving ability, confident in challenging processes and generating innovative ideas.
  • Confident handling of people issues.
  • Effective multi‑tasker, able to plan, organise and prioritise workload.
  • Experience working to productivity‑related performance targets desirable but not essential.
Right to Work & Sponsorship
