About The Role
The Crochet Florist will prepare and wrap crochet flower bouquets so they are ready to delight customers when delivered or collected. This role is focused on wrapping and arranging flowers, not crocheting. The work is based in our warehouse, supporting a pure online business with occasional appointment-based customers who come to choose and pick crochet flowers for wrapping.
Key ResponsibilitiesWrap and arrange crochet flower bouquets according to brand style and customer requests.
Prepare orders for delivery, including tagging, packing, and checking details before dispatch.
Tend to online orders from our website and social platforms, ensuring all order information is accurate.
Answer customer queries via Whats App and social media in a friendly, clear, and timely manner.
Liaise with delivery drivers and partners to coordinate pick-ups, delivery timing, and special instructions.
Welcome occasional appointment-based customers at the warehouse, assist them in choosing flowers, and wrap on the spot when needed.
Maintain a neat, organised, and safe workspace, including basic stock tidying and keeping wrapping materials in order.
Support the team during peak seasons such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, graduations, and other special occasions.
Standard working hours: 9.00am – 6.00pm.
Extended working hours may be required during peak seasons (e.g. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, major campaigns).
Work location:
Company warehouse (candidates must be comfortable travelling to the warehouse daily).
Experience in floristry, gift wrapping, or related craft/handwork roles is an advantage, but not strictly required.
Comfortable with hands‑on work such as arranging, wrapping, tying ribbons, and handling small decorative items.
Able to use Whats App and basic social media messaging to reply customers clearly and politely.
Basic computer or mobile skills to check online orders and update simple order details.
Good attention to detail, especially in checking order names, messages, colours, and delivery information.
Able to work on your feet for parts of the day and handle light to moderate physical tasks (e.g. packing, organising stock).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn; all necessary training on our style and process will be provided.
Patient, careful, and proud of producing neat, beautiful work.
Enjoys interacting with customers in a warm and respectful way, both online and in person.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work calmly during busy seasons.
Open and welcoming to elder age workers who like to stay active and engaged in meaningful work; mature workers are strongly encouraged to apply.
