Job Description

Assist customers by selecting and gathering products for their online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process payments and coupons, and deliver orders to customers' cars upon arrival. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Uphold the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Select and gather products for online orders with attention to quality and freshness.
  • Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
  • Assemble orders, process payments, and load orders into customers' cars at pickup.
  • Scan and bag items following bagging standards.
  • Communicate substitutions or issues with orders to customers at pickup.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
  • Follow all safety, food safety, and legal guidelines.
  • Ensure order accuracy and proper storage of items.
  • Communicate professionally with customers via phone.
  • Operate POS system to process transactions.
  • Handle out-of-stock situations by following substitution policies.
  • Report equipment issues and maintain equipment in good condition.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures as required.
  • Assist in training new team members.
  • Meet or exceed productivity standards.
  • Work cooperatively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
  • Manage conflicts professionally and maintain integrity in all dealings.
  • Support customers with diverse needs, including minors and seniors.
  • Perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
    • Qualifications

    Minimum Position Qualifications:

    • Ability to work independently.
    • Ability to read shelf tags.
    • Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).

    Experience:

    • Experience as a personal shopper, warehouse, stocking, or cashier roles.
