Client Style Advisor and Stock Controller

Overview:
You will act as an ambassador in our Woodbury Commons Outlet store located in Central Valley, NY. Your focus will be to consistently maintain exceptional standards of excellence in delivering a customer service experience which meets our on‑brand focus. In doing so, creating and maintaining loyalty to both the store and the brand.
You will also be responsible for the management of stock; ensuring that deliveries, transfers and general organization of the stockroom is carried out with great attention to detail and efficiency.
Sales Performance- Provide excellent service through continued commitment to our service values and standards.
- To know and achieve your and the store's daily, monthly and annual sales targets.
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of different sales techniques, for example cross selling, to drive your sales and KPIs.
- Maintain an understanding of current products, trends and collections and ensuring that clients are informed and aware.
- Handling customer complaints, seeking assistance where necessary, ensuring issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer and the company.
- Achieve a score of at least 85% in any mystery shop report in which you are the primary sales associate.
- Understand all policies, procedures and compliance.
- Ensure that all relevant procedures and policies are understood. To carry-out work according to those standards.
- Presentation must be in line with company’s uniform and grooming standards.
- Understand and align with PCI compliance policy and regulations, consistently.
- Adheres to Security and Health and Safety regulations.
- Replenish stock and maintain high standards of merchandise and product presentation.
- Support the store with cycle counts and during bi‑annual inventories.
- Additional ad‑hoc duties as when and where necessary within the defined levels of responsibility and accountability of the Sales Consultant role.
- Be responsible for physical organization of the stockroom, ensuring that it is tidy and that stock is stored in a clear and efficient way.
- Be security conscious in order to highlight any stock that is missing from the stockroom.
- Be responsible for organization and replacement of all packaging.
- Receive all weekly deliveries in to the store and checking that the stock matches the invoice.
- Inform inventory control of any discrepancies. Also inform the SM of any new stock arrivals.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Sales experience ideally within fashion / luxury retail.
- Experience in a customer service role with face‑to‑face customer contact.
- Excellent numeracy and IT skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages (Word and Excel).
- Ability to adapt to frequent change and a high‑pressure environment.
- Ability to initiate contact and communicate effectively.
- Motivated by being a great teammate with a common goal.
- Strong clientelling skills and experience.
$24-$26 per hour + monthly sales & stock commission potential
