Select and gather products for on-line orders efficiently with attention to freshness and quality;
Assemble on-line orders, process coupons and payment, and load orders into customers' cars at pick-up;
Provide a positive customer service experience and communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers;
Scan and bag orders following bagging standards and follow POS procedures;
Maintain organized, clean staging areas and assist in training new e-Commerce team members
