Job Description

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars for pickup. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for selecting and gathering products for online orders with attention to quality and freshness.
• Initiate and complete the selection process for customer orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and load orders into customers’ cars.
• Scan and bag items following standards.
• Communicate substitutions or issues to customers at pickup.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas.
• Ensure order accuracy and quality.
• Follow safety and food handling regulations.
• Provide positive customer interactions and address inquiries professionally.
• Follow policies for substitutions when items are out of stock.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Maintain productivity standards and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to read shelf tags and basic math skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
