Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

Responsibly select and gather products for online orders, focusing on efficiency, freshness, and quality.

Initiate and complete the selection process for customer orders.

Assemble orders, process payments, and load orders into customers' cars at pickup.

Scan and bag items following standards while on the go.

Communicate substitutions or issues to customers during pickup.

Meet or exceed customer expectations regarding shopping experience, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.

Follow all safety, legal, and company guidelines.

Store products at appropriate temperatures, ensuring quality and freshness.

Follow specific instructions noted in customer orders.

Maintain professionalism in communication with customers via portable phones.

Ensure order accuracy and load orders into customers' vehicles.

Provide a positive customer experience to promote online shopping loyalty.

Process transactions through the POS system.

Handle out-of-stock situations with appropriate substitutions.

Keep staging areas and equipment organized and clean.

Report discrepancies or equipment issues to supervisors.

Perform opening and closing procedures as required.

Assist in training new team members.

Maintain productivity standards and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.

Manage conflicts professionally and ethically.

Act with honesty and integrity concerning customer and business information.

Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.

Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Qualifications

Minimum Position Qualifications:

Ability to work independently.
Ability to read shelf tags.
Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
