Our online grocery pick‑up team provides a positive customer service experience by accurately picking, packing, and loading customer online orders for curb‑side pickup.

Select and gather products for customers’ online orders with attention to freshness and quality, assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and load orders into cars when customers arrive. Demonstrate Kroger’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

• Work as an In‑Store Grocery Shopper to select and gather products efficiently for online orders.
• Initiate and complete the selection process for customers’ online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payment, and load orders into customers’ cars at pickup.
• Scan and bag orders on the go following all bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customer orders at pickup.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Store products in optimal temperature zones and retrieve orders from staging locations.
• Use a portable phone to communicate with customers and respond to calls professionally.
• Process orders through the point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
• Make substitutions for out‑of‑stock items per policy.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report errors or discrepancies to the e‑Commerce supervisor.
• Inspect equipment and report items needing repair.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in training new e‑Commerce team members.
• Meet productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a fast‑paced, sometimes stressful environment.
• Manage conflicts calmly and cooperatively.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Seek assistance when necessary to resolve customer and business issues.
• Provide support to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.

• Experience as a personal shopper, in a production‑oriented or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or as a cashier.
