In Store Sales Assistant

About the Role

Bol Partners is recruiting an In-Store Sales Assistant to support ongoing live promotional campaigns inside retail locations across Long Beach. This is a fully in-person position focused on direct, face-to-face customer engagement — there is no desk work, no remote selling, and no call-based sales.

You’ll work as part of a team representing a nationally recognised provider of communication and connectivity services, helping customers understand essential solutions that support how they live, work, and stay connected.

As an In-Store Sales Assistant, you’ll be involved in live, in-store campaigns designed to introduce customers to modern connectivity options. Your role is to engage customers naturally, explain services clearly, and support in-store sign-ups during promotional activity.

Full training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build confidence and experience in face-to-face sales and customer engagement.

• Engaging face-to-face with customers inside retail stores during live promotional campaigns
• Introducing essential services, including high-speed internet, mobile connectivity, and bundled communication solutions
• Explaining how these services support everyday needs such as streaming, remote work, online gaming, and smart home technology
• Answering customer questions clearly and professionally
• Working closely with your team to achieve daily engagement and performance goals
