• Efficiently manage a high volume of recruitment & staffing tasks, even under tight deadlines and pressure.
• Build strong interpersonal relationships and rapport with representatives and team members.
• Work closely with the execution team to ensure project and client requests are met.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for representatives seeking assignments or aid.
• Call and fill assignments with reps who complete the job.
• Understand projects jargon, scope and ability to explain work opportunities and answer candidates' questions.
• Ensure a positive candidate’s experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with your Team Lead and other recruiters to meet staffing needs.
• Maximize earned revenue against project contracts.
• Resolving roadblocks when they arise.
• Gather representative & project feedback to improve our services and work cross-functionally to prioritize improvements.
• Set tasks/assignments for prospective merchandisers in specific stores to complete projects.

• Ability to manage multiple projects with set deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong oral and written English proficiency, with excellent communication skills.

• A quick thinker who can work with minimal supervision.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service or recruitment.
• Experience in retail projects is a plus.
• Proactive, responsive, and detail oriented.
• Demonstrates emotional intelligence and empathy.
• A flexible schedule and availability for overtime is required.
• Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced team environment.
• Tech-savvy, with strong typing skills.
• Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel is a must).
