Your ImpactSelling Areas of Focus:
- Partner with and coach store managers and selling leaders on role clarity, team management, and building a “Best at Bras” culture.
- Drive associate productivity and customer experience on the sales floor.
- Foster associate connectivity and engagement.
Merchandising
- Provide training and coaching on stockroom organization, merchandise flow, and process execution.
- Support communication between selling and merchandising teams.
Visual Merchandising
- Coach visual merchandising teams on creating a compelling store environment that drives sales.
- Ensure alignment across selling and merchandising teams.
General Responsibilities
- Foster a culture aligned with Victoria’s Secret mission and values.
- Support and model selling, merchandising, and visual behaviors for a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain focus on bras as the premier product differentiator to build loyalty.
- Teach and demonstrate excellent Customer Sales Lead (CSL) behaviors.
- Drive operational fundamentals through coaching on tools, processes, and initiatives.
- Assist with onboarding new Sales Leadership Team members and ensure proper associate onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards.
- Build and grow high-performing teams.
- Lead change with positivity and a growth mindset.
- Promote positive associate relations and engagement.

Minimum Salary: $58,000.00
Maximum Salary: $76,125.00
VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
Qualifications- Previous experience leading leaders and teams preferred.
- Proven ability to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Strong delegation, influence, and communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Ability to manage competing priorities with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Skilled in coaching, talent development, and assessment.
- Strong business acumen with strategic and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent visual merchandising skills.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and non-business hours.
- Language proficiency may be required for specific markets.
- Bra and Fragrance certification knowledge
