Online Order Filling Team Associate

Job Overview

Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pick up. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction.

• Fill and dispense online orders accurately and efficiently.
• Locate, prepare, and package merchandise for customer pickup or delivery.
• Ensure order accuracy and communicate substitutions to customers when needed.

• Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per hour (actual rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location).
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Premiums may be paid from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
