Responsible for assisting members in the selection and purchase of tires, properly installing and repairing tires, completing necessary tire bay documentation, and maintaining tire bay policies and procedures.

- All items stocked and promotional plans executed.
- Maintain visible accurate signage.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment inside and out.
- Understand how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for your department.
- See the connection between consistent execution and positive business impact.
- Install tires properly, including mounting, dismounting, rotating, and balancing.
- Dispose of tires properly and ensure propane tanks are filled per policy.
- Maintain a clean and professional tire bay and waiting area; merchandise tire displays and automotive products.
- Provide knowledgeable service at the tire desk and coordinate with Home Office as needed.
- Maintain accurate and complete supply inventory; utilize special-order tire programs.
- Comply with safety and cleanliness standards and use tire bay equipment properly.
- Assist members in selecting and purchasing tires; verify vehicle tire sizes.
- Fill propane tanks as needed if certified per DOT requirements.
- Schedule data and documentation for sales and service orders.
- Maintain all club policies and procedures; perform other duties as assigned, including cross-department work.
- Regular, predictable attendance is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license; ability to drive automatic and manual transmission required.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills or willingness to learn.
- Prior tire installation experience preferred.
- Must pass Michelin training levels 1-4 within three months of hire.
- Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance.
- Exposure to indoor and outdoor temperatures and weather conditions.
- Mostly standing and moving on hard surfaces; frequent bending, climbing, kneeling, reaching, and other movements.
- Frequent lifting up to 30 pounds; heavier lifts with assistance may be required.
- Occasional exposure to moving machinery, loud equipment, chemicals, and strong smells.
In accordance with Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. Actual salaries vary by location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.50.
