At Whole Foods Market, we’re committed to providing record‑setting grocery delivery services to our Prime Now customers. This fast‑growing program welcomes candidates who are passionate about quality products and great customer service. As an In‑Store Shopper, you will work on the Store Support team, supporting Prime Now customer orders, preparing them for delivery or pickup, and shopping throughout the store for everyday goods such as food, household items and more.

Flexible scheduling is essential to meet customer needs. We especially need Team Members who can work on Saturday and Sunday during our busiest times. Work nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

• Team Members receive their schedule up to 3 weeks in advance.
• Average shifts are 4-8 hours long.

• Comfortable using a handheld mobile device to fulfill orders.
• Efficiently and accurately fulfills online orders with a sense of urgency.
• Detail‑oriented, paying attention to product and order accuracy.
• Eager to learn product knowledge, customer service standards, and store operations.
• Kept staging area organized and free of clutter.
• Willing to work in other departments of the store as required (e.g., customer service, cashier, grocery).

• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to read and speak basic English.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand/walk for at least 6 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach with or without reasonable accommodation.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• 8‑hour work day: standing/walking 6‑8 hours, sitting 1‑4 hours.
• Hand use: single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling.
• Required motions: bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching.
• Exposure to FDA‑approved cleaning chemicals.
• Exposure to temperatures: 90°F.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Use of tools and equipment, including box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery.
• May require use of ladders.

The wage range for this position is $15.00–$24.40 per hour, commensurate with experience. Eligibility is determined under the applicable Whole Benefits plan at the date of hire.

New entry‑level Team Members who successfully complete their first 90 days of employment and remain actively employed in an eligible role may be eligible for a base rate increase after their 90‑day anniversary.
