Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. Responsibilities include locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise while ensuring order accuracy prior to pick up. Associates also make appropriate product substitutions and consult customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.
