Pay

Base pay range: $14.00/hr – $27.00/hr.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Online Order Filling associates focus on filling and dispensing online orders. Responsibilities include locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise, ensuring order accuracy before pickup, making appropriate product substitutions, and consulting with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.
