Entry-Level Itinerary Planner; Remote

This is a remote position.

We are looking for motivated detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Itinerary Planners. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys travel planning organization and working with clients to create well-planned travel experiences. Our organization has been serving travelers for over 70 years.

• Assist with planning and organizing customized travel itineraries
• Research destinations, lodging and activities based on client preferences and budgets
• Communicate with clients to gather details and provide planning support
• Maintain accurate trip information using online booking tools

• Access to established travel vendors
• Online tools including a personalized booking website
• Team support and collaboration
• Errors & Omission (E&O) insurance
• Remote flexible work environment
